DatamedWL™ Compatibility
DatamedWL™ runs without interaction and is a completely transparent interface. For customers who have a variety of cardiographs and other acquisition devices, DatamedWL™ and DatamedFT™ can be configured to handle any number of compatible source formats on a single computer.
DatamedWL™ is independent of the destination host system and can be installed either on the host system or anywhere with network access to the host system. It must be installed on the same computer (or VM) as DatamedFT™. Some host system vendors prefer that no additional software is installed on the host server, so DatamedWL™ will be installed on a separate adjacent computer.

Transmission Method(s): Network transmission (LAN+FTP)
Notes: The cart should be set to SCP (.scp) output. An FTP server is required – the open source program FileZilla has been tested. IMPORTANT: These devices can retrieve an order list and use that information when recording an ECG; however they do not supply the Order Number in the EKG that is sent so it is not possible to automatically tie out the order as completed. This is a very important consideration when setting up the order workflow.
