Installation Services

All Datamed® software is designed to be user installed and configured through integrated setup programs, with the assistance of Datamed LLC personnel. The software is installed on a server (physical or virtual) provided by the customer. As an IT product, the software should be installed and configured by IT staff already familiar with the institution’s networking and security configuration. This knowledge is essential for proper setup.

• For all new installations, Datamed LLC support personnel are available by phone or remote access to assist Information Technology or other knowledgeable customer staff through the setup process.
• For installation of software updates and/or product upgrades, Datamed LLC support personnel are available by phone or remote access to assist Information Technology or other knowledgeable customer staff through the update/setup process.
